MTG: Does Renegade Doppelganger gain "Enter battlefield" abilities of copied creature?

I figure it doesn't since it was already on the battlefield, but wanted to make sure. It does gain all creature tapping abilities.|||Well, technically it does gain the abilities, but they won't do anything. It's already on the battlefield, just changing what it looks like, so those abilities won't trigger for it.
